Primarily aimed at medical device manufacturers, where high volume products are subject to high levels of quality inspection and validation. AGR Automations specially designed and manufactured stand alone inspection and test systems can vastly improve the throughput and consistency of quality checks and tests. Systems can perform pull, seal integrity, presence, flow, volume and pressure tests. All test parameters and results being recorded in both electronic and hard copy direct from the system. Our Automated Test Systems are often fitted with vision OCR of mould cavity number, the systems can automatically alert clients of batch moulding issues. These unmanned systems can save 1000’s of labour hours and are capable of working at a much faster and consistant rate than manual inspectors.
